Being real, the world is a scary place for a lot of LGBTQ+ people at the moment. There are growing attacks on our communities, acts of violence being committed, and a roll back of LGBTQ+ rights in a growing number of countries, including the USA and the UK.
You don't need to be LGBTQ+ to do this certification. In fact, I strongly encourage people who are not LGBTQ+ to do it. We need allies and you can actively demonstrate your allyship by undertaking this certification.

What if I say the wrong thing during the workshop or ask a silly question that offends someone?
Don't worry, everyone is there to learn and grow as hypnotists and as humans. The tone will be set at the start for an open, inclusive, and understanding atmosphere where there are no silly questions and where it's ok to unintentionally say the wrong thing. There's no judgement. Only care and support.
How will this help my practice?
You will have a framework for working effectively with LGBTQ+ clients, but you will also find that the principles can be applied to any type of client. That is what makes this certification so good. It was created with LGBTQ+ people in mind, but actually the principles can be applied to anyone. You will have a fully formed, highly adaptable, current and relevant framework to draw on.
