I specialise in anxiety, confidence, quit smoking and weight loss therapy, as well as working with LGBT+ people and men, but also work with all of the issues listed above and all types of people. I work from an integrative, pluralistic approach. That means I am trained in a variety of counselling methods and weave them together to create a tailored treatment plan for each individual client. Appointments can take place at my clinic in Leamington Spa or online via video call. Walk and talk therapy is also available. This is counselling that takes place outdoors while walking and talking.
